Charlie is at the Amsterdam conference leaving Baz to hold the fort at home and work. Baz tells Kate that Louis is unwell again and Jack continues to give Baz a hard time. They are errantly clashing on ethics and as hard as she tries to come to some sort of mutual agreement he just puts her down. She retreats to her office and calls Charlie-she misses him.
