What Are Friends For?
Series 12 Episode 4

Baz and Charlie are having problems combining work and home life. Baz is also drawing into conflict with Jack as they disagree on Jacks treatment of George. As Baz is about to go home, Jack pressures her into covering for him. This leaves she and Charlie in a rut as he also has to stay late for cover. One of them has to go home to look after Louis and luckily Sam steps into help and Charlie heads home. As he is leaving, Elliot tells him that he has booked him on a conference in Amsterdam for two weeks.
