Charlie and Baz do their best to stop Kate from leaving Holby. It's also Charlie's birthday and Baz is shocked at the nerve of Jack when he buys Charlie a cake and helps organise a party. At the end of the shift Charlie begs Kate to stay at Holby and go on holiday with he and Baz, but she refuses and at Charlie's party she walks out.
