Baz and Charlie are starting to feel the strain of leaving Louis with a nanny. Charlie is regretful that he's missing out on Louis because he's at work and suggests to Baz that he should cut his hours. She says although that would be ideal, they couldn't afford it and then wouldn't even be able to have a nanny. However she also admits that she is feeling a little jealous of Margaret being with him all day. After she has to tell her patient that her baby has died, Baz gets emotional and tells Charlie that she is going home because Margaret has called saying that Louis is unwell. Despite Charlie's reassurance that Margaret is medically trained, Baz insists on checking out Louis for herself.
